Marinated tofu

Marinated Tofu
This recipe is great for adding to salads or as a side dish. The cooked tofu is firm and will not disintegrate in chilies or soups.

I pack firm tofu

Cut the tofu into 1 inch (1.5 cm) cubes.
Place in bowl. Add marinade. Marinate for 1 hour. Drain.

Choices of marinade
        thai
        Italian: olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Italian herbs
        French: olive oil, red wine vinegar and French herbs or Herbes De Provence.

Oil a large skillet lightly with olive oil and heat on medium heat. Add the tofu cubes. Sautee each side of the cubes for 3-5 mins. until each side is golden brown.
